Following days of CNY...

Sorry for the super late in updates.I've saved everything in the draf,just too busy to type it.Anyway these were the remaining days of how i've spent my CNY in feb. =x More posts to come after this.Have about like urm...10 or so posts to come? =D So stay tune!

Queensbay Mall.

On the 25th of Feb I went to Queens with both of my sisters and Vijay.We decided to shop since i have got some cash in hand after 'pai ni' at relatives and friends' houses.Love shopping!woots. ♥

Cheyenne wanted to get chatime,

as usual no matter which branches of

chatime you go,it is always pack with people.

She got herself a cup of Cup-bon instead in jusco.

I bought some stuff from F21.

On the 26th of Feb,i went to Adrian's house and 'pai ni'.We just had a simple lunch at Passion of Kerala,New world park and both of us had to depart right after lunch.He and his family were sending Alvin back to his Ns campsite.

Meet Fresh,Gurney Paragon.

At night,My sisters,Vijay and i went to Meet fresh at Gurney Paragon.Both Crystal and Cheyenne love chinese dessert very very much.Tok Pang Fu is their all time favourite so we decided to try if Meet Fresh is as good as TPF.Pack with a lot of people even-though we went as late as 10pm.

This is the gadget to signal us to get our dessert when it is ready.

In case u can't read mandarin it says :

CNY 2012 Day 2! (24.1.12)

Here goes second day of CNY.

Outfit of the day.

This top wasn't new.

i got it last year but only wore it for my 2nd or 3rd time.

Jesselton Resident.

Our first stop was at Aunty Deff's place at Jesselton.Her house was big and nonetheless cooling.I used to go for cellgroup here when i was attending FGA church last time.

Next stop was mum's aunt's place.

Her dog,Roxy.Shooo cute! ♥

Smart doggie.

Apparently we dint take any pics with her like last year.Our second year visiting her.Adore her enthusiasm.She is consider as one of our most coolest aunt.Even at the age of 60 plus,she still writes books,friendly and can talk to us just about anything(she told us a bunch of ghost stories,freaky). =s

Dinner at Sushi Zento,Precinct 10.

After all the visitations,i drove to Matt's place and picked them up( Matthew,Eugene and Jocelyn).We headed to Sushi Zento for dinner.In the car they were complaining about doing nothing at Matt's place while waiting for my arrival during the entire afternoon.Haha.Eugene slept off while doing so. I felt totally bad for letting them wait for me but there was nothing i can do to improve the situation right? xP

Crazy enough, 9 dishes were ordered and placed on our table.

The bill came up to 200++

LOL.

Coincidently fireworks were released and it was just above our eyesight.

Beautiful.

Oh ya,sushi Zento hired lion dancers to their restaurant as well.

Did not manage to take a clear picture of it.It was darn noisy.

Never like lion dances but aside from scaring away evil spirit, chinese believes

that it is a form of summoning luck and fortune.

I think it was a disturbance to our dinner. =x

It all started in Ns,that was how we have all met. ♥

Coffee Bean,Gurney Paragon.

Matthew wanted to have coffee.

So we went to Coffee Bean at Gurney Paragon.

Just chilling and talking about everything.

Awesome night and i'm looking forward to the next meet up

CNY 2012 Day 1! (23.1.12)

It's CNY 2012 baby!

Anyway that wasn't a real tattoo.

I wish i could get one but ....errr...

yea first and foremost don't think i'm allow and

against my religion.

Cheyenne and i.

So i dressed simple on the first day of CNY.

Weather was hot and nothing felt cooler than putting

on just a simple top and shorts.

on the way to gram's

First day of CNY was more or less like any other years.We went to both grams as usual.Hmmm...think i have nothing much to say or describe.Met my cousins and relatives and nonetheless gotten tonnes of Ang Pows. =p

Reunion lunch.(22.1.12)

So most of my friends had reunion dinner,but for my family we had reunion lunch instead.After having a light lunch with Xian,he dropped me off to my gram's place.I was slightly late and they were already started cooking the treasure Pot.Previously i had no idea wthell is this Treasure Pot or also known as 盆菜 in mandarin(Hmmm..probably most of you know what is this golden pot,but i never tasted it before till this CNY).I googled it up and found this : Poon choi or Big Bowl Feast is a traditional type of dish originated from Hong Kong village Hakka cuisine.Poon Choi includes ingredients such as pork,beef,lamb,chicken,duck,abalone,ginseng,shark fin,fish maw,prawn,crab,dried mushrooms,fishballs,squids,dried eel,dried shrimps,pigskin,beancurd and chinese radish(i realized most of the stuff i cannot eat. =s).Anyway here it is :

I nearly slept off blurring it and too lazy to redo even-though it looks pretty messy.

Anyway,my aunt specially ordered it from Dragon-i restaurant in Gurney.

It costed like RM388++ for a box which serves 6 to 8 people.

It came with a food thermometer to ensure the food is reheated

properly to the right temperature(atleast 80°C ) before eating.

Tadaaa!

Last but not least,who could resist CNY cookies during CNY itself?

20 different boxes of cookies baked mostly by my aunt and given by other people.

His Departure to Bangkok...(22.1.12)

I looked pale without make up. =s

So he was leaving to Bangkok.Celebrating his CNY there for about 5 days.We had our lunch together before his departure to the airport..

Look at the lonely fish in the tank. ='(

i asked him to get more fishes in the tank.

Finally get to try another type of krusher,Lemon Fresh Fizz.

Tasted like any other normal frizzy drinks but a lot more sour. =s

Did not like it at all.

Have a safe trip to Bangkok.
